Only in Canada it appears that you can celebrate the kids going back to school by smoking a joint with fellow moms.  a mom in the Province of British Columbia recently did so.  When she was pulled over for speeding near the school, the cop immediately got a whiff of her and she admitted to smoking with several other moms in celebration of the kids going back to school.

Best part, she was let off with a warning for spedding in a school zone and was not cited for the weed.
